Inthisdayandage,ourculturehasbecomesoaccustomedtohavingconstantactivitygoingon;computers,cellphones,television,email,videogames.Andthere’snothingwrongwiththatstuffbutsometimes,wehavetostopandbestillsowecanfocusonknowingGod.Thisisespeciallytrueduringthedifficulttimesinlife.Whenyouarefacingachallenge,it’seasytowanttoruntoafriendortalkaboutitwithaneighbor,butatsomepoint,youhavetostopandsay,“God,IrestinYou.IknowYouhavemeinthepalmofYourhand.”Remember,ourbattlesarespiritualbattles.Thepeopleinyourlifearen’tyourenemy,theforcesofdarknessare.WhenyouchoosetobestillandknowthattheGreaterOnelivesontheinsideofyou,youaresayingtothewholeworld,“ItrustGod.HeismyDefender.”WhenyouchoosetobelieveinHimyouwillenterintoHisrest.Remember,thebattlebelongstotheLord.AsyouarestillbeforeHim,YouwillseeHishandofvictoryandblessingineveryareaofyourlife!
