TheScripturesays,“Setyourmindandkeepitsetonthehigherthings.”Thistellsusthatwehavetobeproactive.Wehavetostayontheoffensive.Whenyougetupinthemorning,havetheattitudethatDaviddidinthePsalmsandsay,“ThisisanotherdaytheLordhasmade!NomatterhowIfeel,nomatterwhattheeconomylookslike,nomatterwhatthemedicalreportsays,Iamchoosingtorejoice.Iamchoosingtobehappythisday.”Youknowwhatyou’rereallysaying?You’resaying,“I’mnotgoingtoletotherpeoplestealmyjoytoday.I’mnotgoingtoletdisappointmentsandsetbacksdiscourageme.I’mnotgoingtofocusonmyproblemsandmymistakes.I’mmakingupmymindtoembraceeverythingtheLordhasinstoreforme!”
