AllthroughthescripturewearetoldtorejoiceintheLordalways.It’sinterestingthattheword“rejoice”doesn’tjustmeantobevocalandtogiveGodpraisewithourwords.Rejoicealsomeans“tobrightenup,”“tospinaround,”and“toleapforjoy.”Inotherwords,yourejoicewithyouractions.Yourejoicewithyourcountenance.Doyourealizeyoucanrejoicebysimplyputtingasmileonyourface?
Whentimesaretough,whenthingsaren’tgoingasplanned,manypeoplehavealong,sourface.They’redown,discouraged,worried,andupset.Butwhenyouchoosetorejoice,yousmileandhaveapleasantdemeanornomatterwhat.Andit’snotbecauseyounecessarilyfeellikeitorbecauseeverythingisperfect.Youjustsimplysmilebyfaith.YousmileknowingthatyourexpressionissayingtoGod,“ItrustYou.Iknowyouareworkingallthingsoutformygood.”
MakethedecisiontodayandeverydaytorejoiceintheLord!PutasmileonyourfaceandletthewholeworldknowyourhopeisintheLord.

FatherGod,IchoosetorejoiceinYou.IknowthatYourgoodnessgoeswaybeyondmydifficulty.IknowthatevenwhenIdon’tseeaway,Youaremakingawayforme.FillmewithYoursupernaturalpeaceandjoyasIsurrendereveryareaofmylifetoYou.InJesus’Name.Amen.
