Iusedtothinkthattoloveandtobelovedaredifferent.
ButnowIknowthattheyarethesame.
Becauselovebringsthelovertounionwiththebeloved.
Whatistheendoflove?
Lovehasnoendbecausethebelovedhasnoend.
Andtheessenceoflovecanhavenothingtodowith
Whatissayablebutperforming.
Beforeyournameenteredmyheart,
Therewereamillionnames.
BeforeImetyou,
Therewereamillionthoughts.
ButIthoughtofyousooftenthatallreducedtooneandonly.
YoucanexistwithoutmebutIcannotexistwithoutyou.
YoustayinmeuntilmylastbreathdropsallIamcarrying.
Betweenyouandme,
Therelingersan"I"whichtormentsme.
Whenwillitbepossibletome,
That"I"willbeabsentedfrommyselfandpresentedwithyou?
Whenwill"I"completelybecomeyou?

유일무이한그대
~이상봉
사랑을“한다”는것과사랑을“받는다”는것은,
전혀다른별개의문제라고
지금까지믿어온나에게,
사랑하는이와사랑받는이는
오직“사랑을통하여”만나게된하나임을
일깨우쳐준그대.
사랑은“사랑한다는말속”에들어있는것이아니라,
사랑은오직“사랑의행함속”에서만살아있음을…
사랑을받아들이는데에아무런까닭이없듯이,
사랑을하는데에도아무런목적이없음을…
일깨워준그대.
내안에들어있던많고도많은이름들을
단한번에없애버리고,
내안에서피어오르던수많은생각들을
딱한가지:“그대만의생각”으로,
줄어들게만든그대.
그대없이는살아갈수없게되어,
나의마지막숨결이나의모든것을앗아갈지라도,
내가붙들고있어야만할마지막그무엇.
아직도나를괴롭히고있는것은?
“내가그대를사랑한다”는…
바로그“나”라는생각자체.
아!과연언제쯤에나
“나”라는그생각마져없어지며,
오직하나“그대”만있게될까…
