Oftentimesaschildren,wehavedreamsofthefuture.Dreamsofbeingballplayersandactresses,superheroes,andfiremen.Butmostofthetime,theyendupjustbeingwishfulthinking.Aswegetolder,wegrowoutofthem.It’sgoodtoplayandhavedreamsaschildren,butwhenwegrowup,wehavetoknowthedifferencebetweenaGod-givendreamandawish.IrememberwhenIwasalittleboy,IdreamedofplayingbasketballfortheHoustonRockets.Thatwasdefinitelyafantasy!

ButweallhavedreamsplacedinsideofusbytheCreatoroftheUniverse.Infact,theLatinwordfor"desire"means"fromtheFather."YoucantellifadreamisreallyfromGodifthatdesirewon’tgoaway.Youmayhavehaditforyears,andyoustillcan’tletitgo.Infact,youmayhavetriedtoletitgo,butitwon’tletgoofyou.

IencourageyoutosearchyourhearttodayandallowthoseGod–givendreamstosurface.Heplacedthosedesiresinsideofyouforapurpose,andHe’sgoingtousethemtodirectyouintothedestinyHehasinstoreforyou!
