내가사는몬트리얼은다양한인종으로이루어진캐나다에서두번째로큰대도시이다.그래서

인종차별을느낄수없다는잇점이있고또다양한국가의음식들을맛볼수있다는아주큰혜택이

있다.

특히나나처럼먹는것을즐기는식도락가들에겐참으로반가운뉴스인데주로먹는것하면유럽

에서는정통프랑스요리나이탤리,그리스요리가유명한듯하고또중동지역에선레바논음식이

강세를보이는듯하다.동남아에선단연이민역사가긴베트남식당이여러곳에있는데태국요리

또한아주인기가있다.어디서든세계적인네임밸류를가지고있는스시의물결은거대하긴하지만

일각에선그인기가사그러들고있다고도한다.그리고어디서나숫적으로밀어부치고있는중식당

을볼수가있고.

맘같아서야미국의한류에힘입어이곳에서도한류열풍과함께영양도좋고맛도좋은한식이

인기몰이를한다면얼마나좋을까를연일외쳐대고있다.마음속으로도그렇고지인들을만나도

늘역설한다.ㅎ사실내가자본만된다면이곳에근사한한식당을열고픈마음도있고말이지~

솔직히말해서이곳의한식당이라는것이거의가고국의동네식당수준이라큰가족행사나손님

접대를하기에는시설이나맛이뒤따르지못해많은교민들이안타까워하고있는현실이다.

하지만워낙교민수도적고사업의위험성에대한우려로아직까지는쉽게아무도나서지못하고

있는실정이다.그래서내가농담반,진담반으로로또라도당첨되어자본만허락된다면한국에서

최고의주방장을초빙하여이곳현지인들의눈과혀가놀래자빠질만큼의최고의한식당을경영

하겠다고맘먹고는있는데어찌될지는더두고봐야할듯….후후^.~

아무튼그래서오늘은이곳몬트리얼을방문하시는분들에게빠질수없는식도락의세계를안내

할까한다.너무거창하게는지면상,시간상할수가없고다만아주간결하게여기에서소개된

적이있는몇개의카테고리에의해식당들을소개하려고하는데이건전적으로그들의선택이니

혹이곳에나온식당에서맛을보신분들중에서맛도디게없었는데!~하시는분이계시더라도

내게원한이나앙심을품지않으시길부탁드린다.절대한푼이라도받고소개하는것도아니고

말이다.ㅎㅎ

무슨분야이든,어느곳에서든처음만든사람의주관적인생각과입맛,또거기다다가볼순

없었을테니아무래도들은풍월까지감안해보면,더군다나우리의입맛이그들과다름을두고

볼때도그저참고하는정도가바람직하지않을까싶다.왜냐면아무래도여기현지인들의입

맛은평균적한국사람들보다더짜고,단음식을선호하니까말이다.그래서이곳한국식당도

맛이일반한국의식당들보다는맛이들쩍지근한면이있는게사실이다.
